4 Books Instagram Wants You To Read This Summer

No matter the season, the Instagram collective always knows what’s on-trend, especially for books. That’s why we looked to the social media giant when trying to nail-down a TBR list for the beach this summer! According to Insta, these four new releases are the season’s must-reads. And, we’ve gotta say, we can’t wait to get our hands on these 2018 picks!

1) Save The Date by Morgan Matson

For months, Charlie Grant has done nothing but look forward to her older sister’s wedding—it’ll be the first time in years that all four of her siblings are together again. Everything else, like college and Charlie’s longtime crush Jesse Foster, will just have to wait. But as hard as she tries, Charlie’s perfect weekend isn’t the fairytale reunion she’d hoped for.

2) Marriage Vacation by Pauline Turner Brooks

Straight from TV Land’s hit series Younger, comes the book we’ve been waiting for! In season four of the show, Empirical Press snags the rights to Marriage Vacation. Why? Because it’s sure to be a big hit, plus it’s an autobiographical account of the publisher’s estranged wife. Now, we can read all about the things Charles’ wife was doing while heading out to discover her own life, but mostly, we’re just dying to know what’s on page 58!

3) When Life Gives You Lululemons by Lauren Weisberger

Re-visit the Runway saga with this new novel from Lauren Weisberger, which follows your favorite sassy first-assistant, Emily Charlton. Now, Emily has moved on from her fashion mag days and is working as an image consultant in Hollywood, but she’ll soon discover that fashion drama still exists on the West Coast, too!

4) The Wicked Deep by Shea Ernshaw

Venture to the small shore-town of Sparrow in Ernshaw’s latest supernatural YA thriller. In the 1800s, the Swan Sisters were killed by the local townspeople, who believed the outsiders were witches. Now, decades later, the town immortalizes the sisters as part of Swan Season, and tourists flock to Sparrow in celebration. But for 17-year-old Penny Talbot, and other locals, the sisters aren’t just a legend, they’re real. And they’re coming.
